1.Do I have to register in the site before shopping ?

You can shopping in the site without register. BUT we suggest you to register first because there are many benefits for registers such as discounts, promotions, and special offers etc

 

2.Can I sign in with my social account such as Facebook/Insgram/Twitter? etc

Signing in with social account is another option we offer our customers. It is fast and easy and does not require you to type in your username and password every time.

 

3.Why can’t I log into my account?

There could be several reasons . Most of  time is that you have entered the email address or password incorrectly. If you signed in with Facebook the first time, you will need to click the "Sign in with Facebook" button to log in.

 

 

ORDER FAQ

1.Does the price showed in the site include shipping fee ?

The price showed in the site DO NOT include shipping fee, we will charge different shipping fee for different shipping ways or countries/areas

 

2.What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

When you place an order in the site, you will get an confirmation email normaly. If not, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder. You may log into your account and click "My Orders" button to see your orders. Or you may also contact with us by emails, we will reply you in 12 Hours

 

3.Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

We can only update your shipping address before shipment. if you want to change the address please contact with us by email at once

To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers/phone numbers.

Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. And we are unable to cancel an order after shipment. Please keep an eye on your order status by checking "My Orders" to make sure you can receive your order

 

4.How long does it take for my order to ship?

We need 1-3 days to prepare the order such as customize numbers and names and make the order packed.

 

5.How long will it take my order to arrive?

It usually takes about 3-15 workind days for the shipping time after the package shipped according to different countries or different shipping way

 

6.Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

We will send you an email once your order has shipped. If you did not receive an email, you may have entered your email incorrectly or it could of went to your spam folder. It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order and we will then ship your package out. If you have not received an email about your order being shipped within 5 days of the date you placed your order then please do not hesitate to contact with us by emal at once.

 

 

DELIVERY FAQ

1.How about the customs taxs or duty fees? ?

All prices are quoted in USD, excluding customs duties, taxes and other charges. We will try our best to make the package get though customs without any fees BUT without any guarantee

 

2.Why is the tracking number not working or shipping information have not been updated?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update. It may take a couple of days (3-7 days) to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end.

 

3.Why was my order shipped separately?

If your order might have shipped separately, it maybe some products need a little long time to prepare or reducing shipping loss or customs risking etc. But you will get all the package certainlly.

 

4.Do I need to be at my shipping address when my package is delivered?

Sometimes your package requires a signature for it to be delivered. You may contact the shipping company and ask them details about your package with the tracking number we have provided. If you missed the delivery, please contact the shipping company to arrange for them to redeliver or for you to pick up the package.

 

5.Why was my package returned and what should i do ?

There are multiple reasons your package might have been returned to us. such as Wrong or incomplete address / Invalid phone number / Unable to deliver etc. Please contact the shipping company for more information or please do not hesitate to contact with us by emal at once

 

6.How come my package shows delivered but I have not received my package?

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your families or neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first. If you cannot find it, check for your package with the shipping company then. Remember to bring your ID! If you still cannot find your package neither, please do not hesitate to contact with us by emal at once.

 

7.Are there any additional fees?

It usually does not have any additional fees when you got the package, if it happend maybe customs fee or charges for remote districts delivering.

1.What currencies do your accept for payment?

We only accept US dollars or Euro . Please change your money into this three currency if your local money are not

 

2.What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept CREDIT CARD like VISA MASTER POSTEPAY and MONEYGRAM/WESTERN UNION and Paypal.

 

3.Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) ?

Sorry. We do not accept COD.

 

4.When will I be charged?

Money will be taken immediately once it is authorized. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order. But if your card is not authorized or is under the status of pre-authorization, payment will not be taken. You may contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the payment. Please note that even if a payment isn’t authorized, it may still appear as though the store has proceeded with the transactions. This occurs because some card issuers still hold the funds for a short period of time.

 

5.Hoe do i know the payment succeed for my order ?

If the payment succeed, you will receive a confirmation emal and the status of the order is PROCESSING.

 

6.Why was my payment declined?

7.Why it charges a little more money for the order really cost ?

It may happend because of international business fee by credit card center or currency changes fees, We will not take more money than the order real cost. if you find the difference it too much please do not hesitate to contact with us by emal at once.

 

 

REFUND FAQ

1.How to handle if the numbers or names on the jersey felled off when get the package ?

We will check the quality of products before packaged, the numbers or names may felled off during shipping, BUT you do not need worry about it . you can put the jersey on a platform. use a little wet but thin cloth to cover the numbers or names. then use the iron to heat on the cloth for a whlie. then the names or numbers will be sticked on the jersey again.

 

2.How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

After we have received your application, it will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund

 

3.I still haven't gotten the refund in card. What is status of my refund?

If we said we will refund to your credit card, the whole process may need 10-30 business days as you card bank need to process the refund to you. We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask the card bank for detailed information. We apologize genuinely for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your kindly understanding.

 

4. What should i do if the order miss some products or products have damaged after got the package ?

If this really happend, we will resend you the missing products or refund you . if the damaged products can not be fixed, we can resend you or refund you
